Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule Policy
Refunds & Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your trip, the following refund policy applies:

75% refund: If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the trip departure.

50% refund: If you cancel your booking between 72 and 18 hours before the trip departure.

No refund: If you cancel your booking less than 18 hours before the trip departure.

We process refund within 3 business days at our end. The refund shall then be processed and refunded by the bank to the same mode through which payment was made. Entire refund process may take from 7 to 15 business days.
Booking Transfers:

You may be able to transfer your booking to another traveler subject to the following conditions:

The organizer (Discovery House) has the final discretion to approve the transfer.

You must obtain written confirmation from Discovery House for the transfer to be valid.

Rescheduling:

We want to help you make the most of your travel plans. If you need to reschedule your booking to a different date or trip option, the following policy applies:

Rescheduling requests must be received at least 72 hours before your original trip departure.

The full amount paid for your original booking will be applied towards the new chosen trip option.

Price Differences:
-
If the new trip option is more expensive, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

If the new trip option is less expensive, the remaining balance will be refunded after a 25% deduction from the balance amount for administrative fees.
